Matthew Monroy

Matthew Monroy has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career as a Tax Associate at H&R Block in November 2011 and worked there until September 2013. Matthew then became a Senior Tax Advisor, conducting face-to-face tax interviews with clients and filing tax returns. From April 2015 to April 2016, they served as a Branch Manager at H&R Block, managing office operations and leading teams. Matthew then took on the role of Multi Branch Manager, where they managed multiple tax offices, coached new Office Managers, and contributed to revenue growth projects. In July 2016, they began working as a Tax Training School Instructor at H&R Block, effectively teaching and facilitating training classes for students with varying levels of experience. In March 2019, Matthew joined Radformation as a Financial Operations Manager, where they evaluated internal workflows, oversaw accounting activities, managed payroll, and developed tools for financial analysis. Matthew was recently promoted to Director of Finance at Radformation in September 2021.

Matthew Monroy completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the UNM Anderson School of Management. Additionally, they also obtained a degree as a Federally Registered Tax Advisor from The Tax Institute at H&R Block, specializing in Tax Law/Taxation. The dates of enrollment and graduation for both degrees were not provided.
