Randle Taylor has diverse work experience in the field of medical physics and software development. They started their career at Carleton University in 2006 as a Medical Physics Research Assistant, where they specialized in developing Monte Carlo simulation software for radiotherapy and conducted research for scientific publications. In 2008, they became a self-employed software developer, focusing on scientific and web development using Python. From 2011 to 2014, Randle worked as a Medical Physics Associate at The Ottawa Hospital. They then joined Grand River Hospital in 2014 as a contract Medical Physics Software Developer, where they developed a web-based quality control system for radiation therapy treatment plans. In 2015, they worked as a Web Application Developer at Petro-Viron Inc. Starting in 2016, Randle became the owner of Multi Leaf Consulting until 2021. Currently, Randle is a Software Developer at Radformation since May 2021.
Randle Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Honours Co-operative Physics from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Randle then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medical Physics at Carleton University from 2004 to 2006.
