Dirk Steffes

Dirk Steffes serves as the Chief Sales Officer at TX Logistik AG since April 2025 and holds multiple advisory and leadership roles in various organizations, including Advisor Europe and General Manager Europe at Radia, Inc. since September 2019, and Senior Advisor at Swiss Life Asset Managers since February 2023. As Chairman of the Advisory Board at Diana Krankenhausbetriebsgesellschaft mbH and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at DIANA Kliniken AG since May 2021 and June 2002 respectively, Dirk Steffes contributes to one of the largest rehabilitation clinics and a leading medical group in Northern Germany. Dirk Steffes also has experience as Senior Vice President at DB Cargo AG from September 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing European intermodal transport. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from The Philipp University of Marburg and additional studies at Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
