Anna Gregory has extensive experience in customer service and quality analytics, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service & Quality Analytics at Radial Inc. since July 2011. Responsibilities include leadership, financial performance, and client engagement across multi-site and virtual operations, as well as talent management and business development initiatives. Anna has held multiple leadership roles, including Program Director for virtual operations, Senior Manager of Customer Service, and Customer Service Manager, where skills in process improvements, employee mentorship, and customer satisfaction were cultivated. Previous roles at GSI Commerce and Dove Healthcare provided foundational experience in customer service and healthcare, further supported by a solid educational background from Winona State University and Chippewa Valley Technical College.
