Michael Charles is the Founder and CEO of RSC Credit Freedom Solutions. Prior to this, Michael has worked at Radial Inc. since October 2011, initially as a Workforce Scheduling Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Workforce Analyst. In these roles, Michael optimized staffing, analyzed call trends, prepared schedule recommendations, and managed schedules and time off requests. Michael also collaborated closely with managers, supervisors, and temp agencies to ensure efficient workforce management. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Florida State College.
