Laure Moat

Laure Moat has over two decades of experience at Radiall, currently serving as Corporate Controller and Business Intelligence Partner since 2004. Laure has managed a variety of projects, including the implementation of a Business Intelligence tool and leading a Lean Costing initiative across multiple regions, focusing on cost reengineering and SAP CO module implementation. Previous roles at Radiall involved operational control, technical data management, and supply chain optimization. Laure holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and another Master’s in Accounting and Finance, supplemented by certifications in Lean Costing and Green Belt methodologies.
