Maylis Blache

Maylis Blache is currently an Assistante formation RH at Radiall, a position held since 2024. They previously worked as a Conseillère de mode at KIABI in 2023 and as an Assistante RH for the Fédération Nationale de la Mutualité Française in 2023. Maylis has also gained experience as an Employée libre service at E.Leclerc and as a Préparateur de commande at Petzl in 2021. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Économie des organisations with a focus on Ressources humaines, Organisation et Conduite du Changement at Université Grenoble Alpes, following their earlier studies in Sciences Humaines Appliquées at the same institution.
