Demond Lash

Demond Lash has been working in the tech industry since 2007. Demond began their career at Capital Insurance Group as a Software Development Engineer in Test, where they had experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Java Programming with Selenium WebDriver and Junit, creating Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Cases, Test Estimation, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and documenting defects. Demond also held the role of Tech Support Analysis, where they improved productivity and eliminated redundancies by creating a knowledgebase of technical issues and resolutions, and assessed, documented, and resolved high-level customer issues. As a Technical Support Technician, they established new users, monitored and maintained security of computer environment and devices, and planned and coordinated information technology-related equipment installations. In 2020, they joined Green IT Energy Applications as an Application Support Specialist and Quality Assurance Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Software QA Engineer at Radian Generation.

Demond Lash attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems.
