Crystal Osada has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving in a customer experience role at Radian since March 2020. Prior to this, Crystal worked at AAA Club Alliance for fifteen years, where positions included Manager of Member Experience, Membership Trainer, Supervisor of Membership Administration, and Service Support Specialist. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management and a minor in Computer Security from East Carolina University and Strayer University.
