Michael Hearon

Michael Hearon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael is currently working at Radian as the Senior Vice President of Administration, a role they started in January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Administration at Radian from August 2022 to December 2023. Before joining Radian, Michael worked at Florida International University as the Assistant Vice President of Administration & Operations, Regional and World Locations from May 2019 to August 2022. Michael also has extensive experience at Apollo Education Group, where they held various roles including Vice President, Nationwide Operations and Services, Campus Vice President & Market Director, Senior Director, and Director of Business Development from 2004 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Security One Systems as a Sr. Account Executive, TEKsystems as an Account Executive/Sr Technical Recruiter, IBM as an International Business Operations Specialist, and NOAA as a Research Marine Biologist.

Michael Hearon has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business & Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Marine Science, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the University of Miami. In 2015, they obtained a certification as an Adjunct Faculty Member & Graduate/Undergraduate Teaching Certification from the University of Phoenix in Tempe, AZ.
