Radiancy was founded on a singular, undeniable realization: the biggest problem in behavioral health today is the lack of truly individualized care. Too often, people are pushed through cookie-cutter programs that treat the symptoms but ignore the person. We knew the industry needed a fundamental shift.

Our entire approach to programming, our core philosophies, and the framework we use to build our centers are all direct solutions to this problem. We are not just building treatment facilities; we are building a network of care that actually makes sense for the people who need it. We focus on care that is clinically sound, deeply personal, and rooted in community, purpose, and long-term growth.

The PHŌS Framework
The answer to standardized care is the PHŌS Framework—Radiancy’s evidence-informed approach to treatment. Rooted in the Greek concept of phōs (“light”) and Aristotle’s principle of the Golden Mean, this framework integrates science, philosophy, and compassion to create lasting change. It ensures that every individual is treated as exactly that: an individual. It emphasizes balance, coherence, and human flourishing through four pillars:
