Radiant Intrepid Creative Employees began as a Workday consulting firm due to the founder's decade long experience in the Workday ecosystem. Therefore, we are well-known for our expertise in Workday. Since then, we have gradually expanded to provide other services. 

We provide Oracle Consulting including NetSuite, Odoo implementation, vendor and software advisory, IT setup for companies building their foundation IT infrastructure, M&A System Integration Consolidation, Change Management, and Data Migration amongst other services.

We are solution-agnostic and only recommend solutions that best fit clients' needs. Whenever possible, we believe in standing on the shoulders of giants rather than reinventing the wheel. If existing solutions fail to meet a client's needs, we are ready to configure customizations or even provide a fully custom build.
