Bohn Crain

Bohn Crain has served as chief executive officer and chairman of the board since October 20, 2005. Crain has more than 20 years of industry and capital markets experience in transportation and logistics.

In 2005, Crain founded Radiant Capital Partners, LLC to execute a consolidation strategy in the transportation and logistics sector. From 2002 to 2005, Crain served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Stonepath Group, Inc., a global non-asset based provider of third party logistics services.

In 2001, Crain served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Schneider Logistics, Inc., a third-party logistics company. From 2000 to 2001, Crain served as vice president and treasurer of Florida East Coast Industries, Inc., a public company engaged in railroad and real estate businesses listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Between 1989 and 2000, Crain held various vice president and treasury positions for CSX Corporation, a Fortune 500 transportation company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and several of its subsidiaries.

Crain holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Texas.
