Radiant Professional Services LLC (RPS) is a service based organization with a drive to help small to medium sized business grow by providing guidance and a third party perspective on the strategic plans and leadership effectiveness. RPS does this by standing on the firm belief that a majority of SMBs (Small-Medium Businesses) are based on an idea and skill/service that can deliver value to the market, but that many find difficulty in delivering that service or product consistently and with the ability to grow.
