Adam Cotner

Adam Cotner has an extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Adam is currently working at Radiant RFID, where they hold the position of Chief Product Officer. Prior to that, they worked as EVP, Product and Presales at Radiant RFID. Before joining Radiant RFID, Adam owned their own company called Cotner, LLC.

Adam has also worked at Khoros as a Product Lead and Senior Solutions Architect, where they led Lithium's Solution Experience and Lithium Labs teams, focusing on delivering practical solutions to real-world business needs.

Adam has also held positions at Aurea Software as SVP Presales, where they helped large enterprises create transformative experiences for their customers using a powerful customer experience platform.

Adam's experience also includes working at Lithium Technologies as the Director of Solutions Engineering, where they played a crucial role in making their acquisition successful and establishing repeatable processes.

Prior to that, they worked at IBM in various roles, including Program Director for IBM BPM Product Management and Technical Sales Leader for IBM BPM. Adam was responsible for leading product management, balancing competing interests, and redirecting the momentum of the development organization.

Adam's early work experience includes working at Lombardi Software as the Worldwide Technical Sales Director, where they played a significant role in the company's growth and eventual acquisition by IBM.

Adam started their career at Trilogy Software, where they held various roles, including Director of Technical Sales, overseeing presales efforts, mentoring and managing new hires, and leading the company's expansion into the retail market segment. Adam was recognized as an expert in Trilogy's selling chain, pricing, and contact center solutions.

Adam Cotner attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996. Adam obtained their SB degree in Math and Computer Science during this time.
