Chanson Yang

Chanson Yang currently serves as the Director of Licensing at Radiant, where oversight of quality audits led to the acceptance of the company's NQA-1 program by the DOE and inclusion in INL's qualified suppliers list. Prior experience includes a role as Regulatory Systems Engineer at Radiant, where engagement with the NRC was formalized, and numerous quality assurance procedures were authored. Chanson's tenure at SpaceX included positions such as Mission Manager, overseeing significant contracts, and Mission Integration Engineer, managing national security missions. Previous roles at EGR, APPROVED AERONAUTICS, Pacific Metals Group, and General Electric further strengthened skills in program management, product development, and process improvement, supported by a BS in Product Development Engineering and a minor in Materials Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
