Lara Chern

Lara Chern is a Reliability Engineer at Radiant, having transitioned from an Operations Lead role at Pelagic, where assistance was provided to founders in managing day-to-day operations and developing internal systems. Previously, Lara held positions as a Project Manager at Procter & Gamble and at the UMaine Advanced Structures and Composites Center, overseeing significant program funds and advising research teams. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maine and conducting research on automated reinforced concrete processes. Lara's early career involved project management internships at Weyerhaeuser and tutoring at Mathnasium, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
