Mike Starrett

Mike Starrett is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Radiant since May 2025. Previously, Mike held the position of Chief Commercial Officer for North America at OW Ocean Winds from July 2023 to May 2025, and served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the American Offshore Wind Academy from December 2023 to May 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Manager at Vineyard Wind from April 2021 to July 2023 and as Head of Department at Avangrid Renewables from February 2020 to July 2023.
