Stephen Coleman is a Senior Project Scientist at RadiaSoft LLC, where they served as Principal Investigator for several DOE and DARPA programs from 2019 to 2022. Previously, they worked as a Research Scientist, leading multiple DOE SBIR grant proposals and projects focused on advanced simulations for particle accelerators. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Research Associate at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they conducted data analysis on DARPA-funded proteomics research and contributed to an international neutrino oscillation experiment during their postdoctoral research. Stephen holds a PhD in Physics from William & Mary and a BA in Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
