Radical believes that kindness is sexy, meditation is basic soul hygiene, and you deserve to feel great in your skin.

Radical Meditation™ is a 45 minute active breath experience designed to reset you back to you - the fully authentic, unapologetic version of you.

You can find us (and the real you) in one of our urban sanctuaries, sexy plant-filled oases in the middle of the city where you leave your shoes and ego at the door, breathe deep into your soul, skip the small talk over one of our signature elixirs & catch an acoustic set by a local artist.

The Radical Pop-up in NYC's SoHo is now open, and accepting class reservations through radicalmeditation.com.

No perfect people here. Come as you are. Live Radical.
