Annie G. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Annie currently works as the Lead Designer at Radical Forge since January 2023. Prior to this, they founded and managed a charity called PixAll, where they created and managed a diversity and inclusion resource database for the games industry. Annie also founded another charity called Nuclear Powered Collective in 2019.

Annie worked as a Creative Director at Perpetual Games from March 2020 to December 2022, overseeing the core gameplay and creative direction of a first-person RPG project. Additionally, they have experience as a Freelance Senior Creative, collaborating with agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, McGarryBowen, and RAPP, where they applied their game design knowledge to digital campaigns and immersive experiences.

In their earlier career, Annie held roles as a Senior Creative at Quiet Storm Advertising, where they managed campaigns and internship programs, and as a Mid-Weight Art Director at VCCP and TLC Marketing. Annie also worked as a Creative/UX Designer at Amazon and started their career as a Junior Art Director at Tie Rack Retail Limited Group.

Annie G. began their education at William Gladstone 6 Form College from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued A-Levels with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) degree in Communication, specifically in the field of Human and Media. Lastly, from 2014 to 2015, Annie attended the School of Communication Arts, where they focused on Art Direction, expanding their knowledge and skills in the creative field.
