Katherine Tremellen

Katherine Tremellen is an accomplished senior leader currently serving as a General Member on the Board of the Women's Association South East Melbourne (WASEMA). With extensive experience in Agile project management and organisational transformation, Katherine previously held roles such as Agile Project Manager at ME Bank and Head of Agile at AIA. Katherine has also contributed as Product Owner in the Web Transformation Program at RMIT University, and as an Agile Coach at ANZ. Recognized for their ability to drive innovative change initiatives, Katherine excels at creating adaptive operating models that enhance client outcomes and foster high-performing environments.
