Sinead Kucio (Dennis) is an experienced consultant currently at Radically, focusing on helping organizations adapt to evolving market needs through modern methodologies such as agile and design thinking. Prior to this role, Sinead was a Product and Marketing Manager at Philip Morris International, where responsibilities included enhancing customer retention and optimizing consumer engagement. Earlier experience includes roles at Accenture Song as a CX/VoC/Agile Product Manager, overseeing digital strategies for KFC South Africa at Ogilvy, and leading digital strategies for MTN South Africa at Aqua Agency. Sinead's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, as well as various certifications in usability and design thinking from recognized institutions.
