Falon Gilbert

Falon Gilbert is the Director Sales & Marketing at radient360. Prior to that, they were the Senior Service Manager at Ryder System, Inc. from February 2017 to April 2019. In that role, they were responsible for providing leadership, resolving customer service issues and consulting customers on service calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals, managing a budget, and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Falon was also responsible for fleet management and all projects associated with a fleet of 250 trucks valued at $6.5M.

Before their time at Ryder System, Inc., Falon Gilbert was the Manager Business Development at Intertek from October 2014 to February 2017. In that role, they supported the attainment of the financial budget and forecasts for the Oil and Petroleum Division by meeting and exceeding all corporate and business goals related to development of business. Falon maintained, managed and was accountable for all accounts and projects as assigned by the Director of Business Development. Falon was also responsible for improving a company's market position and maximizing it financial growth. This involved defining strategic goals, liaising with business partners and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and keeping up to date with market trends.

Falon Gilbert has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Falon also has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering Technology from College of the North Atlantic. Lastly, they have a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Professional Sales and Leadership from University of Fredericton.
