Drew Batten

Drew Batten's work experience includes various roles in sales, marketing, and management. Drew started their career as a Registered Representative at Ameritas, where they sold insurance and retirement plans. Drew then worked as an Account Manager at infoUSA, selling medical professional data and managing client relationships. Drew later joined Insurance Agency Marketing as a Marketing Coordinator, recruiting insurance agents and achieving top sales performance. Drew then moved to Oxford Life Insurance Company, where they served as an Assistant Vice President/Regional Director, overseeing agent acquisition and training. Drew also played a key role in discovering a new sales channel for annuities. After that, they joined Radio Engineering Industries as a Territory Manager, managing the West Coast school bus market. Drew achieved sales targets through a consultative approach and by building relationships with customers. Drew was later promoted to Sales Manager at the same company, where they mentored a team of sales professionals and attained regional growth. Currently, Drew is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Radio Engineering Industries, leading a team focused on prospecting strategies, account management, and achieving sales targets. Drew also uses Power BI to develop reports for executive leadership and sales management. In addition to their professional roles, Drew is also the Director of Operations for the Millard West Lady Cats, overseeing the operations of a girls' youth basketball feeder program.

Drew Batten earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. Drew later pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the same university, studying from 2016 to 2019.
