Our mission is to create the most comprehensive and up to date radiology resource available and to give everyone access for free. In so doing we hope not only to help training and practicing radiologists but also allow them to better diagnose and treat patients, regardless of their financial situation. 

Fundamentally we reject monetization of information by restricting access to it; something which increases the disparity even further between countries.
