Deborah Shorindé

Deborah Shorindé is an accomplished audio artist and editor with a diverse background in the audio production industry. Currently serving as an editor at The Heart (Radiotopia from PRX) since August 2022, Deborah also works as an artist at Mermaid Palace and as a freelance audio artist, notably contributing to the BBC Radio 4 production "Nsukka is Burning." Previous experience includes freelance audio production with 7digital and assistant producer roles with the BBC. Deborah has collaborated with esteemed clients such as Faber Futures, UCL, and Tate Modern, and has been featured in various publications including Open Country Mag and AFREADA. Deborah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Political Science from the University of Waterloo and studied Politics at the University of Warwick.
