Mithool Jain

Mithool Jain is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing features for 5G networking, particularly in the NR gNodeB L2 Layer, including Uplink Single User/Multi User MIMO and Uplink Maximal Ratio Combining. Mithool has worked at Radisys Corporation since March 2022, previously held the same title at Qualcomm from March 2021 to March 2022, and at Samsung India from June 2018 to March 2021. Mithool possesses a fair knowledge of key NR features such as NR numerologies, NSA Random Access, and Link Adaptation algorithms. Mithool holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in 2018.
