Shaily Bindra

Shaily Bindra is a seasoned Project and Product Manager with a strong background in backend engineering, currently serving at Radius since July 2016. Shaily has led a development team in creating a CRM for the company's website and significantly improved sales team throughput through innovative solutions. With a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Patna, Shaily's experience includes roles at Radius as a Software Development Engineer, where contributions to real-time platforms for real estate agents and property import services were made. Prior to Radius, roles included Training and Placement Coordinator at NIT Patna, Website Designing Intern at Webcrayons Technologies, and contributions to public relations for events.
