Scott Ross is a sales and marketing executive with over 30 years of experience in the collections, and business process outsourcing industry. Prior to joining Radius, Mr Ross was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at NCO Group where he lead a team of sales and marketing professionals focusing on new logo development, and cross/up selling to existing business relationships. He has in-depth experience with building, integrating, coaching, and leading sales and marketing teams across a variety of industries, including financial services, utilities, telecom, healthcare, education, technology, retail, and consumer goods, He has expertise with all stages of customer lifecycle outsourcing, including customer acquisition, customer care, technical support, and accounts receivable management.
