Sean Starnes is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at Space CAMP, where they focus on innovating cybersecurity strategies and enhancing risk management frameworks. With a background that includes roles as Chief Engineer of Cybersecurity Engineering at Kessel Run and a Linux Systems Administrator at Firefly Digital, they have developed robust security protocols that significantly reduced security incidents and vulnerabilities. Sean began their career in IT support, gaining foundational skills as an IT Support Technician at the 39th Force Support Squadron. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Security & Privacy, further enriching their expertise in the field.
