Lisa Esser

Lisa Esser has over 20 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently, they are the Director of Quality & EHS and Director of Quality at Radius Packaging. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at Miniature Precision Components, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer and eventually becoming the Director of Assembly - US Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Novares Group as the BU Quality Director - AMEC. Throughout their career, Lisa has held various roles in quality management and engineering.

Lisa Esser obtained a Master's Degree in ITM - Plastics from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, from 1995 to 1999. Lisa has also obtained additional certifications including IATF 16949 Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor from Omnex Inc in 2020, Six Sigma Green Belt from Miniature Precision Components in 2006, and MTM-1 for which the institution and year of attainment are unspecified.
