Zack Fredericks has extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as a Product Development Manager and Engineering Project Manager at Radius Packaging since December 2010. In these roles, Zack leads the product design and development team, overseeing projects from initial quotes to production launch, while collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal staff. Previously, Zack held the positions of Senior Sales Engineer and Senior Project Engineer, focusing on new product development and improvements in existing products and processes. Prior to Radius Packaging, Zack worked as a Project Engineer at Star Automation, Inc., where design efforts centered on automation equipment for the plastic injection molding industry, adhering to ISO 9001:2008 standards. Zack earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Management Systems Minor from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2001, following education at Marquette University High School.
