Simon Wells

Simon Wells has a solid work experience in the manufacturing sector. Simon is currently the Head of Manufacturing at Radius Systems Ltd since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 3M from 2015 to 2023, holding various roles including Plant Operations Manager, Production & MT Group Leader, Quality and Process Manager, and Process Engineer. Before joining 3M, they also served as an Advanced Product and Process Improvement Engineer at Milliken & Company until April 2022, and completed a Production Management Graduate Scheme at Anglo Beef Processors from 2010 to 2012.

Simon Wells completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Queen's University Belfast from 2003 to 2010. Simon then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Ulster University from 2017 to 2019.
