Earl Pannila

Earl Pannila is an experienced professional in the fields of electronic surveillance and engineering education. Currently serving in the role of Electronic Surveillance at Radius Security since January 2023, Earl specializes in hardware integration, IP-based configuration, system testing, and the development of electronic surveillance systems. Earl's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics from the University of Colombo, complemented by various certifications in management and technical disciplines. During previous roles, Earl has excelled as a Senior Lecturer at SLTC Research University and CINEC Campus, focusing on electronics, power systems, and engineering design. Additionally, Earl’s research contributions include work as a research student at notable institutions such as the University of Turku and the University of Colombo, where projects included transient analysis of low voltage power systems and the design of a wireless reading link for a hydrogen gas sensor.
