Matthew Wiley

Matthew Wiley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management within the data center industry and beyond. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Operations at RadiusDC since May 2025, Matthew previously held key roles at H5 Data Centers, including Director of Operations, where responsible for technical due diligence and site acquisitions. Previous positions include Senior Operations Manager and Data Center Manager, leading teams in operational readiness and energy efficiency initiatives. Prior to H5, Matthew served as Facilities Lead Engineer at IBM, facilitating the mentorship of engineers and project management, and held a mechanical engineering role at Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation, where significant improvements in operational processes were achieved. Early career experiences include an electronics consulting business and an internship at Eastman Kodak. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and Engineering Systems from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
