Washington Borges has extensive experience in software engineering, specializing as a senior full stack engineer. Notable roles include developing a web application for the Centro de Pesquisas de Energia Elétrica at MindTek and customizing legal systems at Impacta LawTech. Washington's earlier experience in IT included technical support and server administration at Sintraconst Rio. Most recently, Washington worked at Radix, enhancing systems across various sectors while also leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing performance indicators.
