Regardless of your goals, we should all have control over our health and performance – both physical and mental. However, for many, eating healthily on a regular basis is time-consuming, complicated and expensive.

Radix Nutrition simplifies this; by delivering 100% natural, complete meals in the highest quality, most convenient format imaginable through the application of advanced freeze-drying and packaging technologies.

Through the optimisation of ingredient quality and consumption efficiency, Radix Nutrition’s meal ranges cater to a variety of individual needs; bridging the gap between research and diet, to help you achieve great things.

Founded in 2013, Radix aims to simplify an individual's access to natural nutrition by delivering the highest standard of food technically possible. Contrary to a common supermarket model, this aims to give you the highest ingredient quality year-round. Freeze-drying naturally preserves the nutritional quality of ingredients; resulting in a naturally convenient product - just add water.

Ultra Low-Pressure Freeze drying preserves produce sourced globally from growers, ensuring the nutritional content of raw ingredients is as close to being ‘just picked’. By simply adding water and waiting 10 minutes for your meal, we take the effort and guesswork of preparing healthy and nutritious food out of your schedule; giving you more time to focus on achieving your goals. Our meals are for anyone seeking a healthy option to fuel their physical and mental performance.

We aren’t all athletes but that doesn’t mean a healthy diet is out of our reach. Across our Expedition, Performance, Wellbeing, FODMAP and AIP options we offer something to help people from all walks of life perform at their best.
