Jon Shields is an experienced sales and revenue management professional with a strong track record in the telecommunications and solar industries. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Radix Solar since July 2022, Jon previously held the role of Director of Sales and Customer Experience at LGCY Power from August 2020 to December 2022. Earlier career milestones include serving as Director of Affiliate Sales at Clear Home, where Jon contributed to the company being the #1 AT&T dealer for multiple years, and as Enterprise Sales Director at Now Communications, recognized as the #1 fastest growing business in Arizona by Inc in 2013. Jon's expertise extends to managing territories and sales teams in various roles at Clearwire, Matchbin, and Atlas. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University and has additional Six Sigma training from Brigham Young University.
