We started RadixTop to address the age-old problem of the disconnect between the objectives of an IT service provider & expectations of the Enterprise. Large service providers are just focused on growing their bottom line & share of wallet of the enterprise IT spend. Enterprise wants partners to understand their culture, and their need to build, nurturing & extending their technology quotient (TQ) & IT capability. The smaller IT players don’t have the technical muscle or resources to provide comprehensive guidance or support.

This has become more critical to creating or maintaining a competitive edge in today’s world driven by new service delivery models evolved by the advent of Cloud and GenAI. We go beyond being mere vendors; we strive to be trusted partners by not only offering expert advice, streamlined solutions, & exceptional support but also mimicking your culture, providing an open book model, right to hire & help evaluate & build your insourced manage services with the option of nearshore global delivery model.
