Maitray Gadhavi

Maitray Gadhavi has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Maitray started their career in 2009 as an Executive - Projects at Spectra Technovision (India) Pvt. Ltd. In 2010, they worked as a Techno Commercial Executive at Tutis Technologies Ltd. Then, in 2012, they joined Radixweb as a Business Development Executive and later became a Sr. Executive Business Development, where they generated potential prospects for outsourcing and offshore and provided solutions based on client requirements. Maitray further progressed to become a Senior Business Development Manager and Manager - Business Development at Radixweb, where they developed expertise in various IT services such as web development, software development, and staffing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Sales at Radixweb.
