We specialize in medium and large-run CNC production with a focus on mill-turn machining, vertical milling, turning, cutting, drilling, and tapping. Our team delivers turnkey solutions including material procurement, machining, quality inspection, finishing coordination, and shipping—allowing our customers to work with one vendor from start to finish.

Our shop combines the discipline of traditional machining with the power of modern automation. With advanced CNC mill-turn lathes, robotics for machine tending, optimized workflows, and lights-out manufacturing capability, we consistently produce tight-tolerance parts at scale while maintaining exceptional quality and repeatability. Typical runs start at 200+ pieces with standard 4-week lead times.

We proudly serve industries where precision and reliability matter most—including Oil & Gas, Detention & Safety hardware, and Industrial components—with growing capabilities in Hydraulics manufacturing.

Quality is central to our process. We operate an in-house QMS, provide first-article inspections, perform in-process checks, maintain full traceability, and routinely hold tolerances of +/-.005” and even +/-.0005” when required.
