Neil Cooper

Neil Cooper has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Neil worked as the Finance Director at Radley starting in 2018 and previously held the position of Head of Finance from 2016 to 2018. Prior to Radley, Neil worked as an Interim Finance Director at The Chemistry Group in 2015. Neil was also employed at Signet, where they served as a Commercial Finance Controller from 2010 to 2014 and as a Financial Controller, Retail & Head Office from 2004 to 2010. Before that, Neil worked at French Connection Group as a Retail Finance Controller from 2003 to 2004. Neil began their career at Debenhams in various positions in finance and stores, holding roles such as B&M Finance Manager, Reporting Analyst, and Restaurants Analyst from 1992 to 2002.

Neil Cooper attended the Royal Grammar School Guildford from 1983 to 1990. In 2005, they obtained a certification called ACMA from CIMA. Neil also briefly attended CIMA in the same year.
