Roman Geiser

Roman Geiser M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Roman started as a System Developer at M and T Bank in 1999 before transitioning to a Computer Network Specialist role at the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Roman moved into pharmaceutical sales at Eli Lilly and Company where they held various roles, including Executive Oncology Sales Representative. Following this, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Oncology Consultant. Roman then ventured into healthcare consulting with First Wave Healthcare Consulting, and later joined Peninsula Regional Medical Center as the Director of Business Operations. Their most recent role was at Frederick Memorial Hospital as the Director of Telecommunications Strategy and Optimization. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Strategic Initiatives at RadNet. Their experience includes business development, marketing, sales, telecommunications, and strategic leadership.

Roman Geiser earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Salisbury University in 1999. Roman then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Wilmington College in 2002. Roman also holds a certification in EPIC from Epic.
