Michelle Whitlock

Michelle Whitlock has over 30 years of work experience, with a background in healthcare and human resources. Michelle began their career as a Radiologic Technologist, working in the field for seven years. Michelle then transitioned into roles that focused on minimally invasive surgical support, education, and training. Michelle has held positions such as Regional Manager, Instructor, Manager, and Director of Operations and HR. Michelle has experience in managing performance and disciplinary actions, training, competencies, and performance reviews. Michelle is also skilled in recruiting, including participating in job fairs, online recruiting, and screening. Michelle has worked for companies such as Surgical Services Inc., Teleflex / Surgical Services Inc., SpecialtyCare, and Radsource.
