William Hocking

William Hocking has a diverse work experience in the IT and consulting industry. William started their career at Oracle as a Business Development Director, where they successfully reversed the preference for partner services over Oracle organic services. William exceeded their new work sold goal by 25% and secured contracts with NAVSUP and the Commonwealth of VA.

Hocking then joined Microsoft and held various roles, including Sales Manager and Services Executive in the Public Sector. William achieved significant revenue generation and received the Sales Manager of the Year award. William later became the PDRM- State and Local Government, responsible for talent governance and workforce planning.

After that, Hocking served as a Management Consultant and former Business Unit Director at Buchanan & Edwards. William was responsible for consolidating solution lines of business and developing go-to-market solutions for Federal and Public Sector customers.

Lastly, they joined Radus Software, LLC as the VP of Business Development. With this innovative management and IT solutions consulting firm, Hocking helped customers leverage their existing IT infrastructure, adopt new technologies, and enhance their mission effectiveness. William Hocking pursued their education from 1973 to 1977 at the University of Maryland, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Mathematics. In addition, William Hocking obtained the certification of Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020.
