Vignesh V

Vignesh V has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2009. Vignesh began as an HR Trainee at Steria in 2009 and then moved on to HR Trainee roles at Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited and Tata Consultancy Services in 2010. In 2010, they were also an HR Trainee at Orchid Pharma. In 2011, they became the HR Manager at Radus Tek Services, where their role included Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Specialist/Technical Recruiting, US IT Sales & Staffing, Sourcing, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management.

Vignesh V completed a Master of Social Work (MSW)(HR) from Madras Christian College in 2011, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, Vignesh V obtained a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Madras Christian College in 2009, with a focus on Social Work.
