Alex Kramp has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in quality and engineering management. Alex started their career at Indigo as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for post-manufacturing integration and service of digital printing systems. Alex then moved on to HP, where they served as a Quality Leader and led the implementation of the Quality Management System. After HP, Alex joined Verint as a Quality Manager, focusing on improving quality and manufacturability of products and managing a team of QA representatives. Most recently, Alex worked at Radware, where they held multiple positions including Quality Manager, Quality and Engineering Manager, and Director of Global Quality and Engineering. In these roles, they were responsible for defining and managing quality and engineering policies, leading continuous improvement efforts, and overseeing certifications for international standards. Alex also had extensive experience in managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Alex Kramp obtained a Bachelor of Science in Automation of Technological and Production processes from Astrakhan State Technical University (ASTU) from 1990 to 1995. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued Quality Engineering at ALD College. Recently, in 2020, they completed a program in Management/ Quality Management and Organizational Excellence from ALD College. Additionally, Alex holds certifications as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the European Organization for Quality and the Israeli Institute for Quality, Innovation & Excellence (IQIE), as well as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
