Elad Golan is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in R&D leadership and software development. Currently serving as a Software R&D Group Leader at Radware since August 2016, Golan oversees the development of a multi-cloud ADC controller and leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers. Prior experience includes significant roles at Intel Corporation, where Golan defined software methodologies and led activities for various CAD tools, as well as a tenure at ECI Telecom, where leadership in next-generation software architecture projects was demonstrated.
