Ido Shtrobach

Ido Shtrobach is a seasoned Professional Services Engineer and Technical Account Manager at Allot since November 2015, with a focus on client communication, technical documentation, and implementation of customer solutions. Prior to this role, Ido served as a Resident Engineer at Allot, specializing in system troubleshooting and technical writing. From June 2010 to October 2015, Ido worked at Flash Networks as a System/Network Support Engineer, where responsibilities included deploying data center technologies and installing multi-services proxy systems. Ido holds a degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Seattle, completed in 2013.
